“An ingenious portrayal of the eternal truth dilemma” VLT
Through physical theater, singing, acrobatics and rhythms, four young actors and a DJ tell the story of a modern Peer Gynt who lives with his mom outside the small town of Västerås. Peer is an adrenaline-hungry BASE-jumping facebook junkie. In rapid scene changes, he meets his mother Aase, the rich girl Ingrid, the beautiful Solveig and of course the Throughout the performance, the audience gets to follow PEER’S thoughts as they are projected as facebook updates that are mixed with footage of “the stag ride” down Norway’s steep mountains. Peer desperate search for himself becomes haunted by a character who is determined to recycle him into something useful by either reprogramming him, or transfer him back into the life cycle as “defective goods” – ASAP!
Peer fights a desperate battle against the feeling of not being himself completely. Can he be saved by his mother, Ingrid or Solveig? Greig’s original music has been given a new sound that is played live during the show.

EN FÖRESTÄLLNING OM IDENTITET OCH SÖKANDE
“Snillrik gestaltning av det eviga sanningsdilemmat” VLT
Med fysisk teater, sång, akrobatik och rytmik berättar fyra unga skådespelare och en DJ historien om en modern Peer Gynt som bor tillsammans med sin mamma utanför den lilla staden Västerås. Peer är en adrenalinhungrig BASE-hoppande facebook-junkie. I snabba scenbyten möter han sin mamma Aase, ABB-flickan Ingrid, den sköna Solveig och givetvis trollen som lever efter mottot ”Sköt dig själv!”
Under föreställningen får publiken följa Peers tankar som han lägger upp som projicerade facebookuppdateringar som blandas med filmklipp av ”bockrytten” nedför Norges branta fjällandskap. Den sökande Peer blir förföljd av en figur som anser att han bör återvinnas och bli till nytta genom att antingen omprogrammeras eller föras tillbaka in i kretsloppet som ”felaktigt gods” – ASAP!
Peer för en desperat kamp mot känslan av att inte vara sig själv helt ut. Kan mamma, Ingrid eller Solveig rädda honom? Greigs originalmusik har getts ett nytt sound som spelas live under föreställningen.
